I have recently joined Personal Fitness with Rashmi, Savi, and Shivani. I really wanted to join this activity because it gives me an opportunity to work collaboratively with people as that is challenging and very motivating while making something like a workout, fun. The biggest challenge for me is committing to this every week rather than the actual workout.
Our workouts are planned in advance by Savi and shared with us. They can be hard and exhausting sometimes but it is really fun to do it collaboratively, so that makes up for it. We’re supervised by Mr. Rossberg and we try our best to push our boundaries every week. The learning outcomes I wanted to achieve with this were LO1, LO4, and LO5.
