After practising on Thursday lunchtimes for nearly a semester, the big performance came up.

We were singing two songs, one was “Feels Like Home”  by Brighter Days ft. Sean Paul. The second song was “Get Down On It” by Kool & The Gang.

The performance I perceived to be a success, even though I was really nervous.

After the performance, Mrs Loretta Duncan had this to say…

“Many, many congratulations to all students who were involved with the Winter Gala last night, it was a fantastic night! Your dedication, commitment and enthusiasm for performing was amazing. I am so proud of all of you. Thank you for all your efforts, whether on stage or backstage, you all came together as a team to pull off a fabulous experience for the audience. Thank you also to those of you who came to watch. Well done everyone, I am looking forward to the Spring Gala already!”

This means that the show was a success on top of a successful boys voice performance
