My goals

 

As I begin the final leg of the race for my school years, I decided not to go into the DP program blind. I felt that I had to set myself goals to help guide me through this journey known as school life. So that’s what i did i set goals for myself. I need to keep balanced life throughout the 2 years that i have left in OSC.

Creativity

This year, to help bring out the creative side in me i decided that i will be taking part in a variety of plays and shows in the 2 years i have left. Starting of in Dp 1 decided to join the Senior production which is a Midsummer’s Night Dream. I am aiming for main part of Nick Bottom in this play so that I can gain more self-confidence skills. In addition to the plays i am also aiming to take part in the Boy’s voice and the Girl’s voice singing group to help expand my creativity skill sets

 

Activity

This year in terms of activity, i am aiming to compete in all three saisa season. The first season I am aiming to compete in volleyball. Volleyball is my main sport because of my prior commitments to the game. This would be my second year playing volleyball at the competitive level so i am hoping for a starting position on my team. In the second season i am aiming to compete in the boys football team for the Third year running. Football is my most practiced sport, i have been playing football since grade 6 in OSC at the competitive level. In the third season i am planning to take risk and tryout for the boys Basketball team. Basketball is a very new sport to me, since this would be the first year i will be playing competitively. Due to health issues last year i was not able to travel or train, so this is gonna be a very new and informative experience.

Service

This year, I have been Elected to be one of the service leader of the housing and habitat service group. Since have the privilege of becoming a service leader i have the ability to input ideas for projects. So this year with the help of my Co-Leaders my goal is to do more fundraising projects for our service. Our current goal right now is to organize the Housing and Habitat home run. My goal for my service this year is to create Housing and Habitat merchandise.
