It would only seem logical to be part of the Stage Mangement crew once again for the Spring Gala with my experience from the Winter Gala. The crew consisted of a few new members and with more old ones still there. Luca and Aidan were the 2 new recruits that volunteered to join Emily, the author, and Olivier with our quest to make the whole night of Spring Gala as smooth as possible.

We had a session which went over a script for all the different acts of the night and what was needed to we struck or added on stage. During the night if the Gala we agreed to follow the same plan from Winter Gala. 3 people on each side of the stage which would make the striking and adding equipment easier, efficient, and quicker. We were a lot smoother this year as I remember no mistakes and stresses. We had the experience from the Winter Gala that made this time a lot easier clearer for everyone.

Overall, I was very busy since I had performances as well as Stage Management which put a bit more work for the rest of the crew when I was absent. Nevertheless, they made everything perfect and truly a great crew to be around watching talented people on stage. Had a great time and I’m glad to be part of this crew once more!
