Mindful Meditative Coloring is a focused on boosting the creativity of students while providing them with the opportunity to freely express themselves in the form of colors. It is a once-a-week session that enables us to relax and calm our minds through the choice of colors we make. This activity is a about you having the freedom in thinking and decision making which is highly beneficial in reducing stress. I joined Meditative coloring because I personally truly enjoy coloring different kinds of drawings. I have experienced that it really helps me in getting relieved from the negative thoughts and stress.

During the session of Meditative Coloring, my friends and I could have conversations or listen to music while doing what we are supposed to do, which is what I like the most about this session. There are no restrictions and it gives you the freedom to do whatever you want while being on the task. With every session, my liking towards Meditative Coloring keeps growing and I continue to enjoy it more and more. This was one of the major reason why I signed up for it in quarter two with my friends. Not only coloring itself, even the conversations we have while coloring are so relaxing and this has become a session that I look forward to with much excitement after school.
