entry -1(sept 7)

today was the first day of housing a  habitat. our service leaders Ansel and Jed gave us an overview of all the events we will be doing this year like helping the Vidya Loka school from the 70k that we made last year from the homerun event by making some necessary furniture for the school, making compost for the school, conducting the home runs, increasing the frequency of the bake sales because last year as they were a good source of income for our service and helped to give our service a head start this year, and making 6 more garden beds. I am really excited about the various projects that we are going to be doing this year inside/outside the school because last year our service was very inactive as we were only able to conduct a homerun and make 3-4 garden beds around the school. this time around the service group aims to handle multiple projects at once to make the service active and making it such that it will stay active in the future moreover receive more projects from the school and from other places outside of school.
