For my CAS Project I have decided to write an article for the sterilisation camp that my service group organised this year. I thought this would be an effective way of explaining what we do to non-members of the service and also to show the purpose and goals of Care for Paws. The article summarises what took place and also evaluated on the significance of regulating dog and cat populations in Sri Lanka. The locals also showed great concern for the issue by bringing numerous animals to undergo the procedure.

The camp was an interesting experience and allowed the members to interact with both animals and people involved in this issue. Now, it is safe to say that the members are more experienced and built a better understanding on the urgency of limiting populations of strays in Sri Lanka as well as a better understanding of the goals and purpose of the service.
