Day 1
By the time the sun hadn’t fully opened its eyes, this exciting journey had begun quietly. Take the bus, walk through the long mountains and quiet lake, and finally we came to the rock fortress of Yapahuwa. Step by step, the stone steps seem to allow me to go on until I reach the sky. However, there is only a ruin above the stone steps, but it is still beautiful and quiet. Old vine, abandoned city walls, and three old crows moving slowly. Through that ancient city gate, it seemed like a whole new world outside. We sat in the shade of trees, and the stone steps covered with moss aroused my infinite reverie. Some of us paint, some write down some feelings, and some use the camera to record beautiful cuts. In the afternoon, we went to visit the temple grotto again, and tossing a coin in the wishing pool, it was very interesting.
