The school Event Crew comes together to help out with school events. Our school was lucky to be able to host this years SAISA Girls Volleyball Tournament. Mr.Turner is the teacher in charge of the school Event Crew.The crew meets occasionally during lunch to discuss and plan upcoming school events.

As a new student I wanted to get myself involved and help the school in some way and I thought that joining the Event Crew would be a great opportunity for me to do so. Working with the Event Crew has been a wonderful chance for me to get to know more children and to learn how much work goes in to  make an event a success.

The GeckoNet and the Event Crew worked side by side to make the 2018 SAISA Girls Volleyball tournament a success. There were people from both the GeckoNet and Event Crew taking pictures, editing the pictures taken, live streaming, making videos, keeping live scores for three long days, behind the scenes, to help the event run smoothly and to time.It was indeed a lot of work but it was fun! The event was organized very well and everyone made sure to do their assigned work properly which was the key to the success of this tournament.
