Morning Run

We were given a period to get out and be active! I used this time to go for a run at the gym. I find running I the morning gets you more awake and ready for the day. Once you go for a run your body and mind are ready to go for the rest of the day. I ran for about 2km, running is hard for me because I always try and go really fast. So finding a good pace has been difficult and has been something I am learning to do. That is why I really like when we are in school and have practices for sports, running with people is a really good storage to keep good pace. You find someone that has similar stamina or someone you want to pace yourself like, and then run with them. Running with others is a really good motivator and encouragement. So i’m really looking forward to getting back to running with the team. One thing I do enjoy about my gym, is that its really empty in the mornings so I can run by myself and be in my own thoughts while running. It’s a really good way to clear your head.
