Trying to win SAISA volleyball 2nd time in a row!!

As the new school year kicked off I was looking forward to one thing which was training for SAISA volleyball. This year’s volleyball will be hosted at home (OSC) and it brings me joy with a hint of pressure because we want to live up to our expectations from last year’s championship win. A few weeks into training, teams were selected that only could host 10 people out of the 17. Being a great challenge due to the diverse talent in this year’s group, I was honored to inhibit the role of the Libero defensive position. Already having experience, my goal this year for volleyball is to take it up a notch and become a better Libero by learning and understanding the game we play. I have been improving my defensive techniques with the help of the coaches, paired with the intake of game knowledge by watching helpful videos on YouTube. The team selected this year is highly talented, skillful, and is confident waiting to carry the trophy once again for the second year in a row.
