Indoor work-out sessions on rainy days

It has been steadily raining these past few days and all week long. Thus, a mood for me to relax and stay at home rather than going out. This weekend was exactly the same, as it consistently rained whole day which also prevented me from going for swimming practices. Anyway, we always got alternatives. That is why I did some work out sessions on both Saturday and Sunday. They were around 45 minutes sessions. I started with some stretching followed to jumping jacks. Afterwards, I exercised on the treadmill. Next, I continued with 10 pushups and 15 squats. And finally, as a concluding step, I jumped rope. I hope to continue a similar work out session for every possible day as soon as I wake. I have no doubt that doing this will keep me balanced and energetic.
