Me squatting 80 pounds on 20 reps in the gym (Feddy)

This quarter I have been going to the gym a lot and working throughout the last 3 months on my upper body and core. Focusing on my activity aspect of CAS. Improving my work ethic and technique with every exercise. My goal was to improve my upper body and my progress has been really good. I have much more upper body strength and mobility and focusing on weighted exercises and then applying that into calisthenics to focus on the mobility and body weight exercises. So far my progress has been good and I will keep improving.
