30 minute rooftop walk

For activity, I decided to have a 30 min walk with my sister on the rooftop of my apartment. This not only helped me clear my mind but it also helped me organize my thoughts and catch up with my sister. Considering these times, I barely move around the house which is why this walk was essential and necessary to make sure that I am moving and staying fit. To be able to be a better dancer, I have to stay active daily because dancing requires well-conditioned calf muscles as well as glutes and quads. This is why my next goal is to get in the habit of doing squats daily and fix a fitness routine that I can follow during DLP to stay fit. One thing that I have learned in general is that walks can really help with having a resent, it adds to how we deal with the rest of the day and the coming week as well as helping us understand the importance of mindfulness.  The learning outcomes explored in this activity are LO3 and LO4.
