Working out with a Friend

 

For one of my activity goals, I had proposed that I would be doing additional home workouts to maintain fitness, Which was separate from my swim team group workouts. Therefore instead of working out alone, I decided that it would be a more enjoyable workout experience if I had a friend join me. so today I had of my friends Sheruni joining me to do an intense online HIIT workout with me. This workout was created by 2 Circus De Soleil trapeze artists, this workout consists of continuous exercises for 30min all held for 1 minute. the workout alternated between high intensive movements and low intensive movements all with the goal of raising your heart rate and helping you get fitter. This workout was really intense. Towards the end, I was really exhausted and fatigued. overall I had more motivation to do this intense Workout routine as I had a friend to keep pushing me and in the end, I was able to add a successful and fulfilling workout to my day
