Zoom National Team workout

KWA Swim Team Zoom Workout.

 

6 am the alarm goes off. you know what time it is, it’s time to WORKOUT!!!. today I joined my National Swim Club Zoom morning cardio workout. This workout consisted of 3 sets; Cardio circuit, Sports specialized workout, and Ab workout. the cardio circuit consisted of running drills dynamic squat exercises and upper body exercises which was repeated for 3 rounds. then followed by 3 rounds of a sport specific exercise routine, today we focused on breaststroke so we did flexibility and breaststroke movement exercises, and we finished it off we an ab routine and stretching. The entire workout session finished at around 7:15 am which gave me ample time to shower, eat breakfast, and get to school, refreshed, and energized .
