COMUN donation

A few weeks ago, the COMUN members of 2019-2020 came together and organized a dozen boxes to donate to temple school. We had extra bags, stationary, lunch boxes, water bottles and so much more in the classroom and divided them into the boxes. This took us an hour as we had to spend the time separating the different tools they could use. This felt very rewarding as we were able to give the Temple School children things that we are very fortunate to have.

It felt very rewarding to know that even though giving away these boxes didn’t feel like a lot to us, it would be so much for the service group kids. There was useful items such as stationary, backpacks, water bottles and lunch boxes. This was a hard and tedious job but the kids reaction would make the whole process worth it!

As a part of creativity for CAS, COMUN has taught me to think outside the box when it comes to activities. This activity helped me realize how lucky we are, but also how proud I was of the COMUN group for coming together and organizing the boxes.
