2 Course Yoga session – 11th Jan

The second lesson of the 2 days online Yoga session went better than the first one, partially because I was fully prepared and stretched from the last session. During the one hour course from 5pm to 6pm, I was able to follow the instructions of the instructor closely for most of the time and trying to do what she was doing. As a result, my learning outcome of this session was great: I learnt another 7 poses that I can practice in daily life, which were Forearm Plank, Sphinx, Pigeon, Standing Split, Eagle Pose, Extended Triangle and Bridge) and I felt my whole body become more flexible because of the proper instruction (LO2: Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills in the process). I’m going to continue practicing the 12 moves I’ve learnt during the two sessions in the future, so I can keep up with activities, maintain my flexibility, and possible become more skilled in Yoga so I can try more advanced poses. I also think that the lessons made me more enthusiastic about trying out Yoga, as I can see myself making progress and getting better at both the poses and my own fitness.
