I signed up for a 2 days online Yoga Session that consists two courses on one day each, from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm. From this session, the biggest takeaway was that I was able to learn five poses, as well as how to stretch myself properly. The coach explained how to do the poses as well as what body parts they train. After the class, I was able to memorize Long Lunge, Warrior, Eagle Pose,  Upward Facing Dog, and Downward Facing Dog, as well as the easiest ways to increase flexibility. As a beginner, I have encountered many physical problems at first, such as not being able to fully stretch or keep up with instructions. Some parts of my body has been paining, such as hamstrings, oblique and triceps (LO2: Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills in the process). But I am looking forward to the 2nd session, as I believe I will be more prepared this time, and my body is stretched from the last session, so that I will be able to at least follow instructions for the more advance movements. From these lessons, I expect myself to at least learn ten poses that I can practice everyday. In the long term, I hope to keep practicing these easy movements so to make my body more fit and flexible (IO4: Show commitment to and perseverance in CAS experiences). I can do them whenever I feel tired in studying, being active can allow my brain to take a break from my studies, and therefore ensure productivity.
