COMUN:

Last year, when I was in MYP 5, I got the opportunity to be a delegate of the 28th session of COMUN 2022. I was representing Russia in the General Assembly 4 committee. This was my second year of being a delegate as I did my first COMUN debate when I was in Grade 9, representing South Africa in the WHO committee. Now that I have had 2 years of delegate experience, I am now able to run for a position in the EXCO of COMUN. I’m most probably going to run for a chair in one of the General Assemblies, since that was my committee last year.  Since I am in DP, I would prefer going as a chair because I want to have more experience with COMUN and get an idea of being a part of EXCO. Furthermore, I would also like to contribute to the sessions with the experience that I gained during the last two years, being a delegate.
