Just dance!

Zumba this semester has been great! It felt good to move around again and break a proper sweat after some time, and especially since I’m doing it with my friends, it made Zumba become much more entertaining. We have been working out to more South American music this semester and the instructor taught us some salsa dance steps as well.

It is sometimes challenging as a workout, but at the end, I am happy to stay active and healthy. Through commitment and perseverance, I have been able to develop my skills and strengths in Zumba. I have as well bonded throughout the semester with all the girls that share the same interest as me to stay active through dancing.
