“Stop worrying about what can go wrong ad get excited about what can go wright”

We celebrated 61 years at OSC on the 21st of September 2018. Our school has grown to be THE BEST school in Sri Lanka.

The school concert band was asked to perform the national anthem at this event. 

This was a challenge. At first I was not at all worried but I started to worry as time passed by because I had a lot of school work and was not sure as to whether I will have enough time to practice.So I had to make sure to manage my time and prepare myself for this event. At one point I even told my music teacher that I wasn’t going to perform at this event yet I made up my mind to do it.

I am happy that I did it as it made me grow as a musician and it gave me some confidence to perform in upcoming events.
