For this CAS class we were assigned to go out and be active. This is like for the I Be Well active day, to make sure our bodies stay healthy and active. Hence we were all required to do some form of activity. As I mentioned in one of my earlier posts, I had gotten my bike fixed and had aimed to ride it more often as it was beneficial to my health both physically and mentally.

For the duration of the class, since I did not have a lot of time I went ahead and rode on the road behind my house and went straight to then take 3 left turns to end up back on the road “Ward’s Place”. Ward’s place is quite a large road and I only rode a portion of it as one of the roads intersected the middle of it. I took this path because over the years I got familiar with this specific area as when I went for groceries I would often ride on that road. Cargill’s as we can see is on the way. I added the back route as a way to make the ride longer. I did this about 3 times before heading back home. This took around 25 minutes to do.
Learning Outcomes Achieved
LO1 – To some extent I identified that I should be improving my mental health hence I took the time to take care of my health by biking.
LO4 – As shown in my previous posts, I am currently trying to stay committed to biking regularly in hopes of improving my health and for having something to be committed to.
