Personal Fitness during quarantine consists a lot of going to the gym whenever possible, and doing HIIT workouts at home, as well as workouts with resistance bands. I am also still working to strengthen my hamstring again as it is fully recovered, but still needs specific training after I tore it. My brother and I try to do some sort of physical activity everyday, which I sometimes do with friends. For example, I did a 5am workout with Ritheek as part of his swim training which was interesting. My main goal is to raise my heart rate and target a range of muscle groups, because this also releases healthy endorphins which can lift my overall mood. This is a great way to socialize, and stay active and fit during online school time.
