Yearbook 2023-2024

Not a long time ago, I joined the yearbook club which takes place every Monday after school. During this time, we are creating the yearbook that will bring all the good memories and events we had during the year. I haven’t joined the club since the beginning of the year but in November. The theme that has been decided is “Who are we” that we will represent through pastel colors. To be able to create the yearbook, we have to use an application called “Adobe InDesign” which is a tool completely new for me so I spent the first sessions learning how to use it correctly and efficiently. Once I managed the application, I had assigned a role and tasks to complete for each session. My role is to create the pages for individuals’ pictures of the primary,  and secondary school kids as well as middle school and high school. I think that the difficult part is to spell the names correctly without any errors because as there are people from many different nationalities, some names are quite difficult to write so I have to be very careful to spell them correctly. Learning how to use Adobe InDesign also has been a big challenge for me as I never used it before. I had to learn quickly because I needed to start the creation of the Yearbook, so most of my skills that I have now I learned while working on the Yearbook.
