CAS Goals

Creativity: I am working on learning the Python coding language because I am very interested in learning how to code and make my own programs. I have wanted to do this for a long time and have started trying multiple times but have never gotten very far. It has been a little while since I have tried, though, and I think that it’s time to try again. I have already started, and I have already made a random number guesser.

Activity: I play volleyball and am on the SAISA volleyball team, and after SAISA is done I will begin weight training for the rest of the year in preparation for next year. I have done a lot of research into optimal workout schedules and programs for volleyball, and I am creating my own program using what I have learned.

Service: I am a part of the Justice and Equality service group and our goal is to empower disadvantaged groups and promote equality. We are running a social media campaign and we have just started the process of making t-shirts to sell and raise money for future projects. I joined this group because I believe that as long as there are groups of people who aren’t given the same amount of respect and opportunities as everyone else, nobody will be equal and that is wrong.
