SGA’s Bake Sale

Today, Monday, November 29th, the Student Government Association of OSC (SGA) held a bake sale where we sold a total of 6 different food items to the students in hopes to raise some funds for our upcoming OSCars to be held in March. We had been planning this bake sale for about two weeks, there were meetings that we attended as a group to allocate roles for each person. As a grade representative, I was in charge of making something to sell, my fellow rep and I made two batches of 20 brownies. The baking itself didn’t go as smoothly as I had anticipated, there were several technical obstacles I ran into, but in the end, I managed to ready brownies good enough to sell. The turnout today was great, the bake sale successfully raised an appropriate amount of money to set aside for our event in March.
