Zumba

Zumba is a fitness class that combines dance and fitness moves inspired by latin dance and music. It is a great way to get fit ! The school Zumba teacher Ms. Jade Jiggens  has taught us some intense Zumba workouts but it’s fun because we dance to up beat music. Zumba has helped me to stay active even though it is only one hour of my Wednesdays.

It was challenging at first because the body has to follow the movements in sync to the beat but I have definitely improved and it has  enhanced my muscle strength.
