The OSC Concert Band plays in school events such as the Winter Gala,Spring Gala assemblies etc.

The Concert Band meets every Monday from 2:50 p.m-3:50 p.m and Ms Duncan conducts the band.

Since the begining of semester 1 the Concert Band has been practicing the film music from “The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe”. 

I play the cello and I have never played in a band before. This has been a great opportunity for me to make new friends, learn to read complex sheet music, to play in sync with the other memebers,multiple opportunities to perform at school events and to use my time wisely.

I hope to continue the porgress I have made in Concert Band so far.
