Saisa Swimming 2024: Return to Nepal

Heading back to Nepal for the SAISA Swimming competition has been an exhilarating experience, made even more rewarding by the progress I’ve made in my swimming performance. Bringing my 50 free time down from 40 seconds to 30 seconds is a testament to the hard work and dedication I’ve put into training. It’s thrilling to see my efforts result in tangible improvements, and it has only fueled my passion for the sport even further.

Being in Nepal again for SAISA has deepened my appreciation for this beautiful country and its culture. Each visit brings new adventures and opportunities to connect with the friendly and welcoming people here. The stunning landscapes and vibrant atmosphere of Nepal create a unique backdrop for the competition, enhancing the overall experience for everyone involved.

Beyond the pool, I’ve enjoyed exploring the local culture, cuisine, and traditions, which has enriched my understanding of this fascinating country. Experiencing Nepal with fellow athletes has formed bonds and shared memories that will last a lifetime.

Overall, the combination of personal growth in swimming and the unique charm of Nepal has made this SAISA experience truly special. I look forward to more opportunities to compete and immerse myself in the rich tapestry of cultures that SAISA events consistently offer.
