Leangap summer experience LiftRight.App

As the Co-founder and Head of Business Strategy for LiftRight.App, I had the incredible opportunity to bring an innovative idea to life through the LeanGap youth global entrepreneurship program at UC Berkeley, CA. This experience was a significant stepping stone in my entrepreneurial journey, allowing me to explore the realms of technology, business, and fitness.

LiftRight.App is centered around an AI-powered co-tracking and IoT machine learning application designed to improve users’ gym form. By leveraging cutting-edge technology, we aimed to provide real-time feedback and tailored recommendations to enhance workouts and reduce the risk of injury. This app represents a significant advancement in personal fitness training, blending technology with everyday exercise routines.

My role in the project extended to a variety of key responsibilities. I was instrumental in building the website, ensuring a seamless user experience that accurately reflected our brand’s vision and capabilities. Beyond the technical aspects, I devised a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to introduce LiftRight.App to our target audience. This strategy involved identifying key market segments, creating engaging promotional content, and leveraging digital platforms to maximize our reach.

The impact of our strategy was quickly evident, resulting in $135 in revenue within the first week. This initial success validated our business model and highlighted the potential demand for our innovative product. It also provided invaluable insights into customer behavior and preferences, which were crucial for refining our approach.

Participating in the LeanGap program and developing LiftRight.App was an enriching experience that enhanced my understanding of entrepreneurship, technology, and market dynamics. It taught me the importance of adaptability, resilience, and strategic thinking. As I continue my entrepreneurial pursuits, I am eager to build on these lessons and explore new opportunities for innovation and growth.
