As my journey of gaining muscle continues, the bulk started, I was 58-59 kilos at the start of september and by the the start of november, I have gained a lot of weight, I am weighing in currently around 66kilograms and with this weight gained, my strength has also considerably increased. I can push around more weight, I rep 75 kilos for 4 sets of 8 safely, squat 75 kilos for reps and deadlift with speed. My goal is to reach 70 kilos as well at hit my PR on the bench of a 100 kilos soon. SAISA basketball is starting soon, so I dont know how long the bulk can go for but in the end I feel like muscle has been gained.
