Today we had the day to practice and win points for our house for how well we did in a physical exercise challenge. I focused my efforts on some core strength challenges such as my planks and my sit-ups.
An example of what we did was attempting to balance a broom for 10 seconds on any part of ourselves.
Needless to say that this was not a particularly fun challenge the but the bright side was there were some fun laughs at my family and my expenses.
All in all, while some of the challenges were certainly not too enjoyable it has made me aware of some of my own personal flaws when It comes to my body and to make sure to try and have some measures to exercise at home.
