The Trip to borderlands was orginally supposed to happen back in september 2020 to our year group. But due to the pandemic and a few unfortunate incidents the trip was cancelled and postponed to a later date. So when it was announced a month before hand about 16 months later, that we would get a chance to correct this was quite the pleasant shock. The night before I packed what was required on the packing list, and had been given a large amount of sweets (that was mostly brownies) to eat along the way and at Kithulgala. Heading to school and arriving at 7:00 in the morning reminded me of my earlier experiences with school trips and did give a nice sense of Nostalgia.
