CAS Project Aim and Goals

For my CAS project I aim to help the middle school football team prepare for tournaments and their future in football. By organising sessions that target basic skills that will slowly progress into more advanced skills, in oder to build off their foundations. By planning sessions that focus on different components of the game to build a strong base of skills needed to progress from middle school football into higher levels of the game. This is also to help use my UEFA coaching license to gain coaching experience which will also build my confidence and skills as a coach.

How long I will coach: I will coach Mondays and Wednesdays until the 26th of April which is when my coaching session ends

• Identify own strengths and develop areas for growth
• Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills in the process
• Demonstrate how to initiate and plan a CAS experience
• Show commitment to and perseverance in CAS experiences
• Demonstrate the skills and recognize the benefits of working collaboratively
