A Good Diet and workout make a huge difference.

Even after being a national athlete for 5 years, I never really understood the difference a diet can make. Because as a person who did a cardio sport every day, I lost a lot of calories, so there wasn’t much of a diet other than eating a lot of carbs and proteins in order to recover the muscles. Abs even if the diet was uneven, the high intensive workout allowed us to stay in mint condition.

But with covid, I haven’t been able to consistently train for swimming in over two years. Therefore I decided to get help from a well-known personal trainer who provided me with a good gym workout and a diet.

When I got the diet, it was paid into two parts one entire routine for workout days and another meal plan for non-workout days.

When I first saw the diet, it looked like that was a lot of food with around 165g of uncooked rice, which became a massive amount. I really didn’t know what to expect from the workout, but I decided to attack this challenge at full force.

The workout he gave me was really good, and he used all the equipment I have in the gym and allowed me to feel really accomplished and made me feel sore. Being an athlete, I need a Bing Soren means that you’re improving and your muscles are growing.

Of course, there were days when I felt really unmotivated and lethargic, but my friends always pushed me to continue staying strict on my diet and being consistent with my workouts.

I did this for around eight weeks, but I was able to see progress every single week; even though it would’ve been minuscule to somebody else every time I looked in the mirror, I could see a significant difference in the way I looked.

I am so happy after these eight weeks to the place that I’ve got myself physically and mentally with this diet and workout plan. I’m deciding to take a week off both to reset myself and take a bit of a break, but I’m planning on going on for another eight weeks with the help of my personal trainer and seeing how far I can train my body.
