My CAS Goals
Creativity – Photography
- I’m really passionate about photography, I like to capture the moment to keep it forever with me. So my goal for this project will be to reconstitute different contents such as landscapes and living beings that we can find in different countries including both Europe and Asia. I want to achieve this goal because I want to satisfy my curiosity about all the particularities that we can find around the world.
Activity – Saisa Volleyball
- The goal of all of us is to earn a place in a 10-player squad that will travel to the SAISA competitions to be hosted at Lincoln School Kathmandu, Nepal.
- My personnal goal for Saisa Volleyball is to develop my teamwork skills, my physical condition as well as my tactical understanding of the game. One of my goals is also to be part of this team of 10 players for which each place has a lot of competition.
Service – Gecko Inc.
- The Gecko Inc. service group focuses on helping disadvantaged Sri Lankan children to develop basic water safety skills. Considering the fact that Sri Lanka is an island, a child’s ability to feel safe around water is critical to preventing drownings.
- The goal that I wanted to achieve after a year in this service was that the kids knew how to swim properly and feel comfortable near water.
- My goal for this year is that at the end of the year kids feel comfortable around and in water. I want them to develop basic water safety skills as a first step and then develop more consistent skills.
- Moreover, as a service leader, my goal is, first of all, learning how to program fluent sessions so we won’t waste time and we’ll go directly through what we want to achieve.
