First 3 times of our Sunday cycling

Recently a group working with the government has made an initiative that on Sunday from 4-7 they reserve a small part of the road for bike riders only.  I and my dad have been doing it consistently every Sunday. It’s definitely a good opportunity since with this initiative there are police who monitor the path, and will often direct traffic or let you know when/if you should cross. Usually, it’s a lot more brutal as cars take priority, and most paths can be very rickety, this Sunday leaves a day where I can bike with a feeling of safety. It’s nearly always on a flat road, with very few inclines either. From my house, the path is almost all the way to school and back. Its about 15 miles long, which is just shy of 24km.

Exercise Wellness day

During wellness day one of my physical activities was doing yoga with my mother. she has been trying to convince us for a while and she is a certified teacher so we started.

the main reason I started to do it was with one of my revelations. before I did yoga, I did do exercise with weights and exercise and grew up a bit. However, I sort of realized that I was healthy enough, not fat, bit athletic. So I decided rather than spending half an hour doing repetitive boring movements, I would do yoga as it feels more “fresh” while still being challenging and good for the body. The day after this my triceps were a bit sore
