Our yearbook team is off to a great start, with more people than the previous year joining the group. thanks to our team leaders Peter and Dimath, all of the technicalities have been fixed, page roles have been sorted and we are ready to create an innovative new design for this academic years yearbook. In addition to Mrs Raina’s continuous support through my introduction to the group and the integration of Adobe indesign skills, I am also ready to instil my creative energy into the formation of the yearbook.

Some of the major skills that I have gained through this activity have been editing pages and colouration/colour calibration skills through the use of indesign and Coolors. These skills are definitely transferable into other fields such as modelling sensory neurones in biology or designing informational posters for my service activity or displaying economic concepts in the form of posters/infographics. Of course it is great to have these skills transferable into other areas of my school life but they are also useful for my personal life, opening up new horizons to display my creativity. I hope to continue this activity throughout the rest of the year and build on my creativity each week.
