Gym Update After Moving

Recently I have moved to the maldives and there was a period where I could not go to the gym since we were just getting settled. Not going to the gym for a period of time has many bad direct side effects such as a loss of strength and stamina. I had to get back into the rythm that I had before and I needed to get motivation for it again. I had found this gym called fitzone near my house where it is just a convinient walk to get there. I think it is better then having a gym in the apartment since there is more space and there is more machinery, meaning that I can add more variation to my workouts.

Noticing that there is a lot more variation in the gym, I spent a lot of time there. About 2.5 hours working upper and lower body and including cardio. They have tools such as spinning bikes for cardio and many machines for upper and lower body such as leg presses and squat machines.

Of course I wasnt as strong as before as I havent gone in a while, but im back in my rythm and im getting stronger everyday. Im starting deadlifts again and I am surprisingly a lot stronger then before, being able to do 110kg for 3 reps. I didnt expect to get stronger on my deadlift but im not complaining.

Since the school is online, It is a great opportunity for me to stay fit and healthy, and it is very nice being able to go to the gym straight afterschool.

Strength and Growth is the learning outcome.
