Turns out after not going to the gym for just 2 weeks after moving, I had lost alot of the strength I had built up as I was out of my routine. Ever since I moved, I have been going to the gym more often with higher intensity to build back up quicker and progress further past what I had already built up. Before I moved to this apartment, I was quite strong, but after the move, I had lost maybe 20 percent of my strength. Ive surpassed my old maxes though and now I am a lot stronger, being in a better gym. I can also do a lot more cardio as there are many bikes and running machines in this gym. I need to stay consistent with what I am doing, and keep up what I am currently doing at the moment, which is overloading myself so everytime I train, I train harder then the last time I went.
By overloading myself, my body gets used to heavier weights, longer cardio and overall harder sessions, meaning that I am constantly creating new goals in the gym, making me stronger everytime I go. Even fitter aswell as I am pushing myself to do cardio longer everytime I go.
As of the moment, I just do a basic split of upper/lower body and one goal that I have for the future is to have a stronger legpress/squat. I want to spend more time on my calves aswell as they are mainly genetic and hard to grow, meaning that I have to be very consistent with them, training them everyday.
