Gym and keeping fit

I spent my time at the gym doing 2 hours in total. I did every muscle in my upper and lower body except for traps. I was doing lat pulldowns, bench press, variations of curls, leg raises, squat, hamstring curl, leg extension and calf raises. I finished off with 25 minutes of cardio where I ran intensely for 30 seconds and took 1 minute 30 second breaks. I repeated this until I hit the 25 minute mark.

I usually do this 5 days a week and take 2 days off so I dont get too tired. This coronavirus lockdown while unfortunate is an excellent opportunitity to get even more fit then I have ever been, so I am constantly trying very hard every time I go in order to make sure that I am progressing as well as I can.

I only go for about 2 hours a day so I can spend the rest of the time either relaxing or studying for any upcoming assignments, and thanks to DLP, it is much easier for me to balance my time since I do not have to go to school. I have also had more energy at the gym becuase I can wake up earlier. Even though I cant see my friends everyday at school, I need to stay positive and utilize the free time I have to do productive things.

The learning outcome from this would definately be strength and growth since there is a lot of personal progression happening everyday.
