My overall CAS goals would be to stay fit and get stronger, learn guitar and do RCCI as my service. In more specicifc, I want to be able to rep 12 of 90 kg deadlift as a strength goal for action. I want to be able to fully play songs such as classic rock or metal songs on the guitar, and I just want to continue my RCCI service. Overall, I just want to stay fit despite not being able to play basketball which would be my daily cardio. The quarantine is a great opportunity to practice my guitar skills and improve them since I have not used my guitar in a while. RCCI will continue later on.
