Doga's CAS Journey

My extra-curricular activities at OSC

Morning Jog

I went for a morning jog during my free block around 8:40 to 9:20 am. I used the track close by my house and walked around the neighborhood for a while. It was refreshing and a great way to start off my day, as it made me wake up and manage my stress. It was also a great cardio exercise, so it was great to get my daily exercise in early in the day so I could focus more on school work after school.

The morning jog was great way to check where I was standing with stamina, although I do many HIIT workouts and football trainings, I do not do enough continuous running. Since the last time (2 weeks prior), I can see stamina has improved due to increased workouts I have done. I was able to run 4.5 km in total which is quite good considering I am not used to running continuously and usually take many breaks.
