I decided with Isa my girlfriend, that we will take a gym membership at the begining of this schoolyear in order to have better physical performance during SAISA. We went for a month to a gym close to the school. I could see progress through the weights I was carrying (the first time I was benching 10 pounds, now i can bench 40) My goal with gym is to be able to dunk by the end of the year as I love basketball. I’m only 1,80 meters but I have a big verticale that allows me for the moment to touch the ring.
